Drinks to Wow Your Guests

Have you ever scrolled through Instagram and saw an amazing drink that you wanted to recreate for your upcoming gathering? Were you worried that it’d be extremely complicated and take you away from socializing with your friends and family? We’ve come up with a way for you to be able to still get that awesome picture for social media AND spend time with your company with just a little bit of the effort. Impress guests with our take on the dessert martini.

Fannie May® Chocolate Martini (creamier option)

  1. 5oz Chocolate Liquor
  2. 5oz Crème de Cacao
  3. 50oz Vodka (can be made with regular or vanilla vodka)
  4. 5oz half-and-half (can drizzle with chocolate sauce on top or spiral chocolate sauce inside of glass before you pour martini into glass)
  5. Garnish with a .44oz Fannie May® Cubs milk chocolate square on the side

Fannie May® Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Martini

Sitting comfortably on your porch. Putting on that oversized cable knit sweater. Hearing the crunch of leaves under your boots. These are all staples to the fall season. Curl up and (responsibly) imbibe during your next spooky movie marathon or share with those that bring a little extra warmth to the conversation. For those of you that can’t decide if you’ve got a sweet tooth or a salty tooth, this cocktail will let you have the best of both worlds.

Much like our coveted Sea Salt Caramels, this drink combines sweet autumn notes of chocolate and caramel with the likes of vodka for an adult treat that will surely satisfy.

For the Rim

  • Caramel sauce or melted caramels
  • Coarse Sea Salt

For the Cocktail

  • 3 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • 3 oz Caramel flavored Vodka
  • 2 oz Half and Half

To Garnish

  • Chocolate Curls

Prepare martini glasses by dipping rim in caramel sauce and sprinkling sea salt on rims. Use salt judiciously and never use table salt!

Fill glasses with ice.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add chocolate liqueur, caramel vodka and half and half. Shake vigorously until container is super cold to the touch; 20-30 shakes.

Strain martini mixture into prepared glasses and garnish with milk chocolate curls.
